Two years after Barstool Sports personality and host of No.1 sports podcast, Pardon My Take, Dan “Big Cat” Katz, launched his online campaign to become an employee of A-Rod Corp, with a little behind-the-scenes help from Barstool Sports CEO, Erika Nardini, he officially joins legendary baseball player, Alex Rodriguez, to co-host a new podcast the sports media duo created called The Corp, from top-ten podcast network, Barstool Sports. Combining comedy, sports and business into one relatable platform, The Corp takes Rodriguez and Katz around the country to interview business leaders, sports legends and entrepreneurs to find out what makes them successful in their profession of choice.
Throughout the season, Rodriguez shares untold stories of his baseball career and introducers listeners to the real-life A-Rod Corp, an investment conglomerate that has deployed hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate, media, consumer and fitness ventures, while Big Cat, who has a track record for bringing out the most unexpected and candid moments from athletes and celebrities alike, infuses his refreshing, unique comedic point of view.
The complete season one drops December 6 on Barstool Sports featuring interviews with guests Kobe Bryant, Shark Tank’s Barbara Corcoran, entrepreneurial legend Gary Vee, e-commerce billionaire and co-owner of the Philadelphia 76ers Michael Rubin, radio legend Mike Francesa and Starwood Capital CEO Barry Sternlicht.
The Corp is presented by Cash App and is executive produced by Alex Rodriguez and Jeff Lee for A-Rod Productions along with Barstool Sports CEO, Erika Nardini.
