Alex Rodriguez discussed the evolution of his business career, the fundamentals of being a professional on and off the field, the future of baseball as a sport and other current issues with Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin and the WSJ’s Jason Gay at the “Future of Everything” Festival.
Alex Rodriguez became the first sports broadcaster to appear on two major networks as a commentator in 2018. After his successful post-season appearances with Fox Sports, Alex joined the ESPN Sunday Night Baseball team, alongside Jessica Mendoza and Matt Vasgersian.
Rodriguez made his first appearance on NBC’s Saturday Night Live this March. He appeared alongside, longtime friend, Charles Barkley and SNL star Kenan Thompson. “The Champions” skit addressed the issue of the risks of playing football, revolving around the concussion scandals.
