Monument Capital Management (“MCM”) is a private investment vehicle for A-ROD CORP’s multifamily real estate activities. MCM acquires controlling interests in apartment buildings primarily from the Mid-Atlantic region through Florida, the Gulf Coast and Texas. The strategy is to identify specific assets in secondary and tertiary markets. Specifically, markets characterized by attractive demographics where our exceptional management team can add immediate operational value via our proven property management model.
Our company is unique in that it is entirely focused on multifamily investments and it is fully integrated. We identify attractive acquisition assets, structure and close those deals, manage the properties and, where needed, reposition the assets using an affiliated construction company. Thus, we control our deals from acquisition until ultimate disposition.
Our sister company, Monument Real Estate Services (MRES) is an asset and property manager and value-add company that directs a full suite of services in the strongest multifamily markets nationwide. MRES provides guidance to institutional and individual investors in the acquisition, financing, and property management of income producing properties. With a foundation of institutional quality reporting, coupled with an “owner’s” hands-on approach, MRES’ integrated approach is flexible and can be adapted to both Class A trophy properties and those requiring significant re-positioning.
