In addition, Mr. Rodriguez is currently signed with three major television networks, including Fox, ABC, and CNBC. Notably, he joined Fox Sports as a MLB analyst in 2015 and became an Emmy award-winning baseball commentator within two years. He also serves as a collaborator on ABC’s Good Morning America and Nightline. Mr. Rodriguez is a guest on ABC’s Shark Tank, and in the Fall of 2017, will debut a television series in which he serves as a business mentor to former athletes facing financial distress.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Rodriguez actively engages in a variety of philanthropic initiatives. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club (BGC) of Miami-Dade, is a member of the Board of Trustees for the University of Miami, and remains actively involved with Florida International University. Mr. Rodriguez is passionate about education and has sponsored college tuition for over 30 students via his scholarship program.

Lane T. LaMure serves as the Chief Investment Officer of A-Rod Corp. He is responsible for overseeing the investment portfolio, executing the investment strategy, as well as sourcing, developing, underwriting, and executing transactions. Mr. LaMure has over 19 years of public and private investment experience. Prior to joining A-Rod Corp, Mr. LaMure was the Founder and the Chief Investment Officer of Enlight Capital Advisors, a private investment advisor to high net worth individuals and family offices. Prior to founding Enlight and its predecessor entity in 2012, Mr. LaMure served as a Managing Director at Attara Capital, a long-short equity hedge fund, where he was responsible for real estate and real estate-related securities. Prior to joining Attara in 2009, Mr. LaMure served as an Equity Analyst at Atticus Capital and as an Analyst and Associate at the UBS/PaineWebber Real Estate Fund.
Mr. LaMure holds M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Government from Harvard University, an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School, and B.A. and M.A. degrees in Political Science from Emory University.
Jeff Lee is the Chief Operating Officer of A-Rod Corp. He is responsible for implementing A-Rod Corp's strategy, alongside the CIO, and oversees its business operations, communications and legal affairs.
Mr. Lee was previously a corporate attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he represented numerous public and private companies in their mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and carve-outs, hostile defense and corporate governance. Prior to joining Wachtell, Mr. Lee practiced at Sullivan & Cromwell, where he advised financial institutions emerging from the 2008 crisis as well as telecommunications, mining and consumer goods companies. Between 2006 and 2007, Mr. Lee worked on several of the first Chinese IPOs of their kind in solar, life sciences and banking at Skadden, Arps in Hong Kong. Mr. Lee also participated in the review and approval of cross-border transactions and regulatory filings at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, and worked in the Milan and London headquarters of Yoox and Net-A-Porter following their consolidation into the world's leading online luxury retailer. He has taught political science and international relations at Yale College.
Mr. Lee holds a J.D. from Yale Law School, an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a B.A. from Stanford University. He is admitted to the bar in New York and the District of Columbia (inactive).
Jose Moré is a founding Partner at A-Rod Corp and Newport Property Construction. He has been involved in all aspects of A-Rod Corp’s development since inception. As President and CEO of Newport, Mr. Moré oversees planning and development across multifamily, high-end residential, mixed-use and other real estate assets. He has supervised and managed the development of over 15 million square feet of real estate assets since the firm’s inception.
Mr. Moré earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Florida International University.
Stuart Zook is the Chief Investment Officer at Monument Capital Management, a majority-owned subsidiary of A-Rod Corp. He is responsible for overseeing the investment portfolio, executing the investment strategy, as well as sourcing, developing, underwriting, and executing transactions. Mr. Zook has over 34 years of real estate operating and investment experience. Prior to joining Monument, Mr. Zook held senior positions with The Balcor Companies, Dominium Management and Equity Residential.
Mr. Zook holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University.
Malvina Kazanian is the Chief Financial Officer at A-Rod Corp. She is responsible for managing financial controls, accounting procedures, financial forecasting, and business operations. Prior to joining A-Rod Corp, Ms. Kazanian served as a Business Manager at Boulevard Management for 12 years, managing the wealth of high net worth individuals in the Sports and Entertainment industry. Prior to joining Boulevard Management, Ms. Kazanian served as an Account Manager at David Weise & Associates.
Ms. Kazanian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cal State University, Northridge.
Jose Gomez is a founding Partner at A-Rod Corp and Newport Property Construction. He has been involved in all aspects of A-Rod Corp’s development since inception. As COO of Newport, Mr. Gomez oversees financial and business operations for the firm. Mr. Gomez has supervised and managed the repositioning of over 16,000 multifamily housing units throughout the Southeast United States. Relying on more than a decade of construction management experience, he forges all strategic relationships with private equity funds, REITs and corporate clients.
Monique Barrios is a Managing Director within the Investment Division at A-Rod Corp. She is responsible for sourcing, developing, underwriting, and executing transactions as well as overseeing the investment portfolio, alongside the CIO.
Ms. Barrios was previously an investment professional at TowerBrook Capital Partners, a $12 billion New York-based private equity firm, where she focused on middle-market buy-out opportunities as well as structured assets, structured equity, and not-for-control stressed and distressed debt investments across the consumer retail and industrials verticals. Notably, Ms. Barrios participated in a $500M pre-packaged debt restructuring for True Religion, a premium denim retailer and former Towerbrook portfolio company. Prior to joining TowerBrook, Ms. Barrios was an investment professional at Goldman Sachs within the Investment Banking Division, where she advised Fortune 500 consumer and retail clients on a breadth of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt issuances. She has participated in investments across a wide range of industries including consumer and retail, ecommerce, industrials, business services, and real estate.
Ms. Barrios holds a Bachelors of Science in Economics from Duke University.
Alejandra Gutierrez is the Controller at Newport Property Construction. Mrs. Gutierrez joined Newport in 2004, and has served as a key member of the executive team, developing strategic vision and implementing tactical plans for the Company. She leads the business services department and is responsible for overseeing the company’s control systems, financial forecasting, cash and risk management. She also oversees human resources and business operations functions of the company.
Mrs. Gutierrez holds a B.A and M.B.A from Florida International University.
Jorge Tablada is the Director of Construction Operations at Newport Property Construction. He is responsible for managing client relationships, implementing operations strategies, coordinating logistics and planning, and overseeing a team of project managers and superintendents. Prior to joining Newport Property Construction in 2013, Mr. Tablada served as a Branch Manager at SunTrust Bank for 7 years managing a high net worth book of business, overseeing multiple cost centers, and serving as the liaison between retail banking and private wealth management.
Mr. Tablada holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
Nelson Lopez is a Business Development Executive at Newport Property Construction. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process for projects in the Southeast United States. Prior to joining Newport Property Construction in 2009, Mr. Lopez ran several successful local businesses in Miami, Florida.
Mr. Lopez currently serves as a Director on the Board of the Latin Builders Association for the Miami Chapter.
Ashleigh Honig is as an Executive Assistant at A-Rod Corp. She is responsible for scheduling and correspondence. Prior to joining A-Rod Corp, Ms. Honig served as a Marketing intern for the David Ortiz Children’s Fund.
Ms. Honig holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising Management, Marketing and Sports Administration from the University of Miami.
Ms. Smith was previously the Manager of Franchise Operations at TruFusion where she was responsible for the overall coordination and communication of all franchisees and their corresponding teams. on top of leadership and oversight of new studio openings. Prior to TruFusion, Ms. Smith was the Health and Safety Human Resource Manager for R&K Hughes Holdings where she had directly managed several strategic business units within the land preparation and construction industry. Ms. Smith graduated in Canada from Douglas College in Business Management and holds an Occupational Health and Safety Certification from the University of Alberta.
